$300 to go to NYC with my best friend to see our two favourite bands. TOTALLY COOL WITH THIS.

I hope you all realize how important this is.
My two favourite bands. The two that inspire me and have helped me through so much. Both of them playing on the same tour. Well needless to say my best friend and I were very sad to notice Toronto was not listed on the tour dates. But her and I both agreed this was not something we were willing to miss. So we have got tickets for The Maine and Mayday Parade in The Big Apple, New York City!
We’ve both never been to New York, and we are excited to explore the city together! After me missing two days of school and a 8 hour car ride there.. It’s right at the heart of the city, walking distance to Time Square and my desired hotel is walking distance from Central Park!
So, miss Erin, I am so excited to partake on this adventure with you. Couldn’t imagine doing something like this without you.Mayday and The Maine, you’re so worth me missing school, paying hundreds of dollars and traveling thousands of miles for. Wouldn’t miss this for the world. I love my life right now.

got tattoos on the brain.

i have been struggling for a while on what tattoo to get next. i have really been leaning towards the skull on the maines pioneer tour sweaters.

but i also know i have been wanting a tattoo representing my favourite song by mayday parade, you be the anchor. so obviously i want a anchor with either incorporated wings on it or silhouetted birds along with the anchor. the only thing i am certain about this tattoo is that i need it. but until i come up with a design for it and where to put it i have to wait. which is why i have probably been leaning towards the maine skull because it’s already drawn out and i already know where i want it. but i am really committed to my mayday tat.

alas the tattoo design for my mayday tattoo shall be put on hold as i design my friend erins next tattoo. it should be exciting. it’s a beautiful concept and idea and i honestly can’t wait to get started :)
